WHO WE ARE

This website is run by Simply Matched Boxing (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can contact us through the contact form on this site.

USING THIS WEBSITE

You’re welcome to use this site to find information about our events, fighters, and results, and to apply to fight with us. In return, we ask that you don’t misuse it: don’t attempt to interfere with how the site works, don’t try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.

THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE

We provide event details, fight cards, results, and fighter information in good faith and try to keep them accurate and current. But things in boxing change, cards get reshuffled, dates move, events are occasionally cancelled or rescheduled. So we can’t guarantee that everything on the site is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times, and you shouldn’t rely on it as your only source for an event. Always check with us or the official ticket seller before making plans or travelling.

FIGHTER APPLICATIONS

If you apply through our fighter sign-up form, you’re telling us you’d like to be considered, you’re not entering a binding agreement, and we’re not promising you a fight. Submitting the form does not guarantee selection, a match, or any response. We may contact you to discuss opportunities, or we may keep your details on file. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

Taking part in any boxing event is handled separately from this website. Any actual participation is subject to its own arrangements, eligibility and medical checks, and agreements made directly with us at the time, and nothing on this website creates an entitlement to fight.

If you are under 18, you may only apply with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must complete the guardian section of the form. We will keep a parent or guardian involved in any follow-up.

TICKETS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Where the site links to ticket sellers, streaming providers, social media, or any other third-party website, those services are run by other companies, not by us. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, their availability, or anything you buy from them. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms, not ours. We provide the links for convenience only.

OUR CONTENT

The Simply Matched Boxing name, logo, branding, and the content on this site belong to us or to the people we’ve licensed it from. You’re welcome to view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our permission.

If a newsletter sign-up appears on the site, please note it is not currently operational and does not collect or store your details at this time.

OUR LIABILITY

We provide this website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any inability to use it, or from relying on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t legally be excluded.
